night rating
An important addition to your Private Pilots Licence or LAPL is the night rating course. With the night rating under your belt, you will never have to worry about the sunset again.
This course requires at least 5 hours of flying instruction done after sunset. 1 hour of this will be a dual night navigation. There is also a solo flight requirement where you must complete 5 take-offs and 5 landings at night.
Our night rating package is based off of the following:
- 5 hours of dual flight instruction
- 5 hours of ground instruction
